Nike · Olympic lifting
Nike Romaleos 4
A rigid, dual-strap platform for lifters prioritizing a locked-down base.
CURATED BY USE CASE
Lifting-shoe families with documented women’s or shared sizing routes, without counting size labels as separate designs. Every card opens a product detail page and a tracked Amazon search so you can verify live sizes, colors, seller, price, shipping, and return terms. If you are unsure which route fits your training, start with our weightlifting shoe finder.

Nike · Olympic lifting
A rigid, dual-strap platform for lifters prioritizing a locked-down base.
Nike · Squat + mixed training
A more adaptable Nike lifter for strength sessions that include movement beyond the platform.
TYR · Olympic lifting
An anatomical toe-box option for lifters who need more room to spread under load.
INOV8 · Olympic + squat
A lifting-focused shoe with a manufacturer-listed 380 g weight and graphene-enhanced heel and outsole construction.
Do-Win · Squat + Olympic
The Classic uses a suede-and-mesh upper, two hook-and-loop straps and a stacked-leather heel. Rogue publishes a size-specific heel-drop chart; compare your size rather than treating every pair as an exact 19 mm.
Rogue · Squat + Olympic
Rogue’s plastic-heel Do-Win listing specifies a wide profile and two metatarsal straps. It is distinct from the stacked-leather Classic; match the seller’s exact model before comparing.
Nike publishes paired men’s and women’s sizes for Romaleos 4 and Savaleos, while TYR and INOV8 publish women’s lifting-shoe ranges. Do-Win also provides size conversions. These routes help locate a size; they do not establish that every seller stocks the same range or that every women’s listing uses a different construction.
Measure both feet and compare the chart belonging to the shoe you are buying. The instep, heel and toe-box shape still need attention after the size conversion. A women’s label alone does not tell you whether the interior will be narrow enough or roomy enough.
